To do the work required in the AMA Guides to the Evaluation of Permanent Impairment, Sixth Edition, you will need to have either the AMA “Guides” or Dr. Stan Kaplan’s Workbook. Dr. Ron Wellikoff’s workbook covers CPT coding, ICD-9 to ICD-10 Conversions, Documentation, Physical Medicine, Establishing Medical Necessity, Forms, CA Education (Front Desk, Radiology, Terminology, Etc.)
Dr. Ron Wellikoff’s and Dr. Stan Kaplan’s books are available here or at the time of registration. AMA’s “Guides To The Evaluation of Permanent Impairment”, 6th Edition, may be purchased directly from the American Medical Association.
