Fox and Dr. Kevin Fogarty to the Board of Chiropractic Medicine.<\/p>\n<p>Fox, 46, of West Palm Beach, is a chiropractic physician with Fox Spine &amp; Sports Medicine and an adjunct professor at Palm Beach Atlantic University and Life University. He is reappointed for a term beginning February 19, 2015, and ending October 31, 2018.<\/p>\n<p>Fogarty, 54, of Merritt Island, is a chiropractic physician and owner of Fogarty Chiropractic Life Clinic.
